A summarised answer to what Alahazrat says regarding coverlets is that if a coverlet does not require replacing, then the money for a replacement should instead go to charity with the reward sent to the deceased
Something that has been bugging me for a while and I've been wanting to ask, though I’ve refrained until now, pertains to the use of excessive lighting to the extent that it begins to appear inappropriate or unbefitting of a Muslim mazar. Such as this - From the little that I've seen, such lighting is not used outside of the subcontinent. A genuine question - would it come under ghuluw or tashbih?

as salaamu alaykum would hanafi fiqh approve of the darbars/mazars we see? for e.g khari sharif, nerian sharif, even bareilly sharif. Just thought I'd ask as I saw Shaykh Asrar talk about ghuluw at graves, and he mentioned placing clothes on the grave, and multiple clothes are not allowed. Did Imam Ahmad Rida Khan have any detail on the etiquette at graves?
