    salam
I recently, re read bahar e shariat; this time the translation of hazrat abu hasan sahab.

Can I ask for some examples of attributes which are neither perfect nor have a flaw for better understanding?

I am asking because what if zayd misunderstood this point and when reading the urdu of this, he understood "nuqsaan" to mean loss and thought that perhaps it was a figure of speach in the urdu language (because he wasn't familiar with the usage of this word in the urdu language) to describe attributions to Allah which imply loss when talking about the creation such as death, losing divinity, being compelled etc and believed that the attributes described above were impossible for Allah but misunderstood the statement to mean that they (lying, deceit etc) were neither flaws nor perfection. Would there be a hukm on him?

Also, I wanted to ask that of course I am not worthy of correcting you hazrat, and it could be my ignorance as well. But may I ask if "tafqiyat" was meant to say "taqwiyat" or was it intentional? I am asking this because I thought it might have been a type-oh but it says "tafwiyat" on the next page as well so thought i should ask with the intention of, perhaps, getting some sawab in making this masterpiece get closer to perfection and not with the an ill intention.
Apologies if it came across taht way.

the shaykh passed away in 1948.

in the past 77 years, when look at sunni madaris in the subcontinent (and subcontinental diaspora) and prominent ulama and writers/translators, they all reach sadrush shariah via his students and their students. It is befitting that a man who dedicated his life to teaching and wrote useful books, apart from his encyclopedia of hanafi fiqh in urdu. also, major madaris (and calculate the number of graduates every year), especially in india were started or headed by students of the shaykh.

    Allah ta'ala knows best.

Is there a specific reason why shaykh used the title "imām" for sadrush sharī'ah
