You can try Darul Qurra, a Birmingham based organisation, run by Qari abu Adam Akhlaq al-Azhari, Mikhaael Mala et al. It offers advanced qir'at and tajweed courses (also online classes) and has earned very good reviews. I haven't tried it myself but came across Qari abu Adam this week and was impressed by his dedication and sincere approach.
In the west, dawat e Islami run good classes on tajweed. They're the only sunni organisation I know that I can trust on that point, largely. You can also use online tutors. For example, I have a tajweed tutor on italki which is a language learning website but a lot of the Arabic teachers there (mostly Egyptian) teach tajweed as a separate subject as well.
If one wishes their child to learn to recite the Qur'an beautifully with correct tajweed, to learn the different qira'ah, to receive ijazah to teach, etc.: - what are some good institutions in Muslim lands that one can go for this purpose? - what are some good institutions or teachers in the West for this purpose? - how long is the process in general? - does anyone have personal experiences they can share?
